Recently, Target's coupon policy has been changed and updated. You can view the new policy
here. It may be a good idea to print the policy and put it with your other store coupon policies in your binder.. for future reference and in case you get a cashier that doesn't know a lot. Trust me, I've had them and if you don't watch them carefully with your coupons sometimes they won't use them and it will cause problems!
