They do these promotions every so many months as a way to introduce customers to their private label. Well, as a couponer you know: 1. If you can take advantage of a BOGO sale, DO. 2. Private label products are not always cheaper or better quality than national brands.. but if it's FREE, who cares? 3. Use coupons on the National Brand to maximize your savings.
